  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • ½ cup Dry Mozzarella
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • To Taste Salt

Instructions

Recipe:

  • Melt the butter in a pan on a low flame.
  • When the butter has melted, then add wheat flour and stir.
  • Add milk in small quantities with continuous stirring to avoid the formation of lumps.
  • Once you have obtained a smooth mixture of wheat and milk, then add mozzarella and parmesan cheese and stir again. 
  • In the end, add salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried basil and nutmeg.
  • Cook for a couple minutes till the sauce thickens.
  • Turn off the flame and serve with your favorite pasta.

  • Garlic Cloves- Minced
  • 2/3 8 oz. Packaged Cream Cheese

  • ⅔ cups Parmesan Cheese- Grated

Recipe:

  • In a large pan, melt the butter on a low flame.
  • Add the garlic and shallow fry until the garlic starts browning.
  • Add in cream cheese, stir and melt.
  • Slowly add milk and whisk, to remove lumps. 
  • Now finally add the parmesan cheese and stir until a smooth sauce begins to form.
  • In case you want to add peas, you can do that now so that the peas can soften a little.

  • Heat a large pot of water and put the butter and parmesan cheese bowl in the large boiling pot to melt it, like in a water bath.

  • Take the virgin olive oil in a small saucepan and heat on a low flame.
  • Add garlic and saute until they turn tender but not golden brown.

  • Cook the mix for 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower turns tender to be smudged with a fork.
