Alfredo Sauce With Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic- Minced
  • 12 Ounces Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ tsp/ or more to taste Himalayan Salt
  • To Taste Black Pepper

Instructions
 

Recipe:

  • Take the virgin olive oil in a small saucepan and heat on a low flame.
  • Add garlic and saute until they turn tender but not golden brown.
  • Add water to this mix and heat for a couple of minutes. 
  • Then add cauliflower florets and let the water come to a boil.
  • Cook the mix for 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower turns tender to be smudged with a fork.
  • Then turn off the flame and let the mix cool down for a bit.
  • After the mix has been cooled off, add it to a blender and season with salt and pepper. Process until the sauce turns silky and creamy.
  • Add more seasonings of your choice and add it to your favorite pasta to serve.
