Take the virgin olive oil in a small saucepan and heat on a low flame.
Add garlic and saute until they turn tender but not golden brown.
Add water to this mix and heat for a couple of minutes.
Then add cauliflower florets and let the water come to a boil.
Cook the mix for 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower turns tender to be smudged with a fork.
Then turn off the flame and let the mix cool down for a bit.
After the mix has been cooled off, add it to a blender and season with salt and pepper. Process until the sauce turns silky and creamy.
Add more seasonings of your choice and add it to your favorite pasta to serve.
