Alfredo Sauce With Cauliflower

Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic- Minced
  • 12 Ounces Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ tsp/ or more to taste Himalayan Salt
  • To Taste Black Pepper

Method
 

Recipe:
  1. Take the virgin olive oil in a small saucepan and heat on a low flame.
  2. Add garlic and saute until they turn tender but not golden brown.
  3. Add water to this mix and heat for a couple of minutes. 
  4. Then add cauliflower florets and let the water come to a boil.
  5. Cook the mix for 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower turns tender to be smudged with a fork.
  6. Then turn off the flame and let the mix cool down for a bit.
  7. After the mix has been cooled off, add it to a blender and season with salt and pepper. Process until the sauce turns silky and creamy.
  8. Add more seasonings of your choice and add it to your favorite pasta to serve.
