Alfredo Sauce With Potatoes

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound White Baby Potatoes- Peeled and Roughly Chopped
  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic- Minced
  • 1 Small Onion- Chopped
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 5 tbsp. Dairy Free Butter
  • ½ tsp. Sea Salt
  • ⅓ cup Nutritional Yeast

Method
 

Recipe:
  1. Take the peeled potatoes in a saucepan and cover it with water.
  2. Boil the potatoes until they can come clean off a fork.
  3. Then place a saucepan on medium flame and add olive oil, garlic cloves, and onion. Cook until the onion and garlic give away a translucent color.
  4. Drain the potatoes from the boiling water and put them in a blender.
  5. Add the saucepan mix of cooked onion and garlic, to the potatoes in the blender. 
  6. Add nutritional yeast and salt, and blend until a smooth sauce is formed.
  7. Put this mixture in a saucepan on high flame and add butter.
  8. Cook until the ingredients mix well and a thick sauce is formed.
  9. Add the sauce to the pasta of choice and serve.
