Melt the butter in a pan on a low flame.
When the butter has melted, then add wheat flour and stir.
Add milk in small quantities with continuous stirring to avoid the formation of lumps.
Once you have obtained a smooth mixture of wheat and milk, then add mozzarella and parmesan cheese and stir again.
In the end, add salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried basil and nutmeg.
Cook for a couple minutes till the sauce thickens.
Turn off the flame and serve with your favorite pasta.
