Recipe:
- Melt the butter in a pan on a low flame.
- When the butter has melted, then add wheat flour and stir.
- Add milk in small quantities with continuous stirring to avoid the formation of lumps.
- Once you have obtained a smooth mixture of wheat and milk, then add mozzarella and parmesan cheese and stir again.
- In the end, add salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried basil and nutmeg.
- Cook for a couple minutes till the sauce thickens.
- Turn off the flame and serve with your favorite pasta.
