Alfredo Sauce With Cottage Cheese

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ⅛ tsp. Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese- Grated
  • To Taste Dried Basil
  • To Taste Dried Oregano
  • To Taste Freshly Chopped Parsley- For Garnish
  • As Per Choice Cooked Pasta of Choice

Method
 

Recipe:
  1. Add milk, cottage cheese, cornstarch garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in a blender. Blend it until smooth. 
  2. Brush a little butter on a sauce pan and put it on a low flame.
  3. Add the blended sauce in the pan and cook while stirring.
  4. Add dried oregano and dried basil. Also, add salt and pepper on top.
  5. Keep cooking it on low flame till about 5 minutes occasionally stirring the sauce. 
  6. Turn off the flame once the sauce thickens.
  7. Add your choice of pasta and serve.
