Alfredo Sauce With Cottage Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ⅛ tsp. Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese- Grated
  • To Taste Dried Basil
  • To Taste Dried Oregano
  • To Taste Freshly Chopped Parsley- For Garnish
  • As Per Choice Cooked Pasta of Choice

Instructions
 

Recipe:

  • Add milk, cottage cheese, cornstarch garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in a blender. Blend it until smooth. 
  • Brush a little butter on a sauce pan and put it on a low flame.
  • Add the blended sauce in the pan and cook while stirring.
  • Add dried oregano and dried basil. Also, add salt and pepper on top.
  • Keep cooking it on low flame till about 5 minutes occasionally stirring the sauce. 
  • Turn off the flame once the sauce thickens.
  • Add your choice of pasta and serve.
