Add butter and grated parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Heat a large pot of water and put the butter and parmesan cheese bowl in the large boiling pot to melt it, like in a water bath.
Once the cheese and butter has melted, add it to the choice of pasta and stir.
When the cheese and butter has melted and mixed well with the pasta, you can slowly add the pasta water stock from when it was boiled to bring the sauce to its consistency.
When the desired consistency has been achieved, turn off the flame, let the pasta cool down for a few minutes.
Season with pepper and serve.
