For salad:

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 400 grams of chickpeas

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 teaspoon of smoked spinach

  • 120 grams of baby spinach(optional)

For the dressing:

Step 1: Add the sweet potato and chickpeas to a large baking sheet.

Step 10: Sprinkle the sesame seeds and serve them fresh!
