Iced White Chocolate Mocha Recipe

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • White chocolate mocha sauce (2 oz.)
  • Espresso/ Strongly brewed coffee(2 oz.)
  • 2% milk (6 oz.)
  • About 1 full cup of ice
  • Whipped cream

Ingredients For the White Chocolate Mocha Sauce:

  • White chocolate (4 oz.)
  • Fat-free sweetened condensed milk (½ cup)
  • 2% milk (½ cup)

Instructions
 

  • Instructions For the Iced White Chocolate Mocha:
  • Mix espresso, milk, and white chocolate sauce in a large shaker, and shake well to combine.
  • Pour the drink into a tall glass cup with 1 cup of ice.
  • Top it off with whipped cream.

Instructions For the White Chocolate Mocha Sauce:

  • Put the white chocolate in a bowl (make sure it’s heat proof). The chocolate can be roughly chopped.
  • Heat up sweetened condensed milk and 2% milk over a low-medium flame until it’s simmering.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the chocolate, and let it cool down for a minute.
  • Stir until mixed well and there are no lumps left.
  • To store, place your sauce in a heat-proof jar and refrigerate.

Notes

  • Our white chocolate mocha sauce recipe makes enough sauce for roughly 4 servings (depending on the size of your serving).
  • Play around with the milk and espresso amounts to find what you like best.
Storage
To store, place in a heat-proof jar and refrigerate for up to a maximum of two weeks. The sauce will stay good for a little longer.
