White chocolate mocha sauce (2 oz.)
Espresso/ Strongly brewed coffee(2 oz.)
2% milk (6 oz.)
About 1 full cup of ice
Whipped cream
Ingredients For the White Chocolate Mocha Sauce:
White chocolate (4 oz.)
Fat-free sweetened condensed milk (½ cup)
2% milk (½ cup)
Instructions
Instructions For the Iced White Chocolate Mocha:
Mix espresso, milk, and white chocolate sauce in a large shaker, and shake well to combine.
Pour the drink into a tall glass cup with 1 cup of ice.
Top it off with whipped cream.
Instructions For the White Chocolate Mocha Sauce:
Put the white chocolate in a bowl (make sure it’s heat proof). The chocolate can be roughly chopped.
Heat up sweetened condensed milk and 2% milk over a low-medium flame until it’s simmering.
Pour the milk mixture over the chocolate, and let it cool down for a minute.
Stir until mixed well and there are no lumps left.
To store, place your sauce in a heat-proof jar and refrigerate.
Notes
Our white chocolate mocha sauce recipe makes enough sauce for roughly 4 servings (depending on the size of your serving).
Play around with the milk and espresso amounts to find what you like best.
Storage
To store, place in a heat-proof jar and refrigerate for up to a maximum of two weeks. The sauce will stay good for a little longer.
