- Instructions For the Iced White Chocolate Mocha:
- Mix espresso, milk, and white chocolate sauce in a large shaker, and shake well to combine.
- Pour the drink into a tall glass cup with 1 cup of ice.
- Top it off with whipped cream.
Instructions For the White Chocolate Mocha Sauce:
- Put the white chocolate in a bowl (make sure it’s heat proof). The chocolate can be roughly chopped.
- Heat up sweetened condensed milk and 2% milk over a low-medium flame until it’s simmering.
- Pour the milk mixture over the chocolate, and let it cool down for a minute.
- Stir until mixed well and there are no lumps left.
- To store, place your sauce in a heat-proof jar and refrigerate.
Notes
- Our white chocolate mocha sauce recipe makes enough sauce for roughly 4 servings (depending on the size of your serving).
- Play around with the milk and espresso amounts to find what you like best.
